Family Solicitor/Legal Executive – Hybrid Role

A well-established law firm in the South West is looking to recruit an experienced Family Lawyer to join its growing family team. The Role:

As a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, you will manage a broad caseload of privately funded family matters including:

• Divorce & separation
• Financial remedy and family finance cases
• Civil partnership dissolution
• Cohabitation disputes
• Private Children Act matters
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

Exposure to or knowledge of legal aid protocols is a bonus but not essential, as the team primarily handles private family law.

You’ll also be encouraged to grow existing client relationships and contribute to developing new business streams.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ years PQE preferred)
• Experience in managing your own caseload of family law matters
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ambition to contribute to a collaborative team and potentially lead it in future
