Job Description - Family Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working with a reputable and well-established law firm, based in Leamington Spa, which needs a highly skilled and experienced Family Solicitor to join their team.

Role: Family Solicitor
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £45,000-£60,000

The Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor role:

Handle a varied and complex caseload of Private Family law from start to completion.
Work closely with private clients, delivering exceptional legal advice with a compassionate and strategic approach.
Generate new business for the family legal team whilst maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Requirements:

A qualified solicitor with 3+ years of PQE in family law.
Someone with strong business development experience.
Ideally someone who has their own following.
