About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Family Solicitor to join our highly regarded team in central Sheffield. The successful candidate will work on a broad caseload of privately funded family matters, providing expert legal advice and support to our diverse client base.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing your own caseload of divorce and financial remedy proceedings
• Advising on civil partnership disputes and cohabitation agreements
• Drafting and negotiating pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Handling private children matters, including contact and residence disputes
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent client service
• Taking part in business development and networking opportunities

You will have:

• 3+ years PQE with demonstrable experience in private family law
• Exceptional communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage complex and sensitive cases with discretion and empathy
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to excellence
