A well-established and expanding regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor to its busy Private Law team in Chester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with support, autonomy, and a path toward future leadership.

The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload across all areas of private family law, with a particular focus on separation, finances (including matrimonial and cohabitation matters), and advocacy. You’ll also have the chance to supervise junior colleagues and get involved in business development initiatives to continue growing the team’s profile and reach.

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in private family law

• Strong experience in matrimonial finance and advocacy

• A desire to progress, manage, and help shape the team

• Panel accreditation is a plus but not essential

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for court attendance and travel between offices
