Family Solicitor (3–6 PQE) – Legal 500 Firm – South Yorkshire
Location:South Yorkshire

A well-established and highly regarded Legal 500 firm in South Yorkshire is looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor (3–6 years' PQE) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Solicitor seeking a fresh challenge with genuine scope for progression and responsibility.

The Role:

You’ll be stepping into a dynamic and busy family department, managing your own caseload of private family matters with minimal supervision. The work will include:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings (including HNW cases)
• Private children law matters
• Cohabitation disputes and civil partnerships
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Family Law Act applications

You’ll also be encouraged to contribute to the development of junior team members and take part in client relationship management and business development activity.

What The Firm is Looking For:

• A qualified Family Solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE and solid experience handling a broad mix of private family matters
• Comfortable running files independently from initial instruction to conclusion
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service
