Job Description - Family Solicitor

North London

A highly regarded and award-winning law firm is looking to add a talented Family Law Solicitor to its growing team, based primarily North London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and supportive firm known for its expertise in private family law. You will work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the sector and be supported in further developing your legal career.

The Role:

Manage a varied and interesting caseload covering all aspects of private family law.
Actively participate in business development initiatives, both internally and externally.
Represent the firm with professionalism at networking events and industry functions.
Collaborate with a high-performing team committed to excellent client service.

Requirements:

Trained and experienced in respected family law departments.
Solid grounding in key areas such as divorce, financial remedy, private children law, emergency injunctions, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation matters (including Schedule 1 applications).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience supporting senior fee earners; ability to manage your own caseload is a plus.
Advocacy experience is advantageous but not essential.
