Family Solicitor

A highly regarded legal practice is seeking a Family Solicitor to join their growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Family Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE to take the next step in their career with a firm known for its strong reputation in private family law matters.

The successful Family Solicitor will join an established department that handles high-net-worth cases with a strong focus on financial remedy. This position is suited to a confident and technically skilled Family Solicitor looking to work alongside leading lawyers in the sector, within a collaborative and professional environment.

The Family Solicitor will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of private family matters, with a particular focus on complex financial remedy cases. This will include advising high-net-worth individuals on divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation agreements and pre/post-nuptial arrangements. You will also have the opportunity to support junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives within the department.

You will be working closely with other senior solicitors and partners, handling sensitive and high-value matters. The role demands a high degree of professionalism, client care and sound technical knowledge of family law.

• A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in family law

• Proven track record in handling financial remedy cases, ideally within high-net-worth scenarios

• Strong understanding of matrimonial law, asset division and court procedures

• Excellent communication skills, with a client-centred approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• £60,000 - £75,000
