The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a seasoned Family Law Solicitor with Child Panel Accreditation and a solid following or existing caseload. You’ll be joining a supportive and growing team that delivers high-quality legal advice and representation in complex and sensitive family matters, particularly those involving children.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a caseload of public law children matters and other complex family cases
• Providing expert legal representation and guidance to vulnerable clients under legal aid
• Collaborating within a small, specialist team with national reach
• Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the department
• Engaging with clients compassionately and professionally
• Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining your professional network

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will:

• Be a Child Panel Accredited Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
• Have an established following, active caseload, or strong referral network
• Be respected within the family law field for your integrity and commitment
• Possess excellent client care skills and a collaborative team approach
• Be motivated by making a difference, not just financial reward
• Be ready to make an impact within a growing, specialist legal aid team
