We are recruiting for a Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in family law, particularly in divorce and financial remedy matters, to join our dynamic legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation in divorce proceedings, financial remedy cases and related family law matters
• Draft and prepare legal documentation including petitions, agreements and court pleadings
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and case analysis
• Represent clients at Directions Hearings and Contested Hearings, demonstrating strong advocacy skills
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet team and individual objectives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and legal procedures
• Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring clear communication and responsiveness
• Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and legal integrity

Your Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in family law
• Strong working knowledge of cohabitation agreements, separation agreements and TOLATA claims
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Previous experience in advocacy is essential, with confidence in handling court hearings
