We are seeking a dedicated Family Solicitor with over 3 years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on handling private divorce cases, matrimonial disputes, financial settlements, and children's law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, providing expert legal advice and support to clients during sensitive times.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial disputes, matrimonial issues, and children's law.
• Provide high-quality legal advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed throughout the process.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations, aiming for the best possible outcomes.
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements with precision and care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and practice.
• Work closely with other solicitors and legal professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of family law, particularly private divorce, matrimonial law, financial settlements, and children's law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations delicately.
• Proven track record of effectively managing a diverse caseload.
• Strong advocacy skills and experience in court.
• Commitment to professional development and maintaining high legal standards.
