Family Solicitor – Legal 500 Firm | Buckinghamshire

An established, highly regarded Legal 500 firm with a strong reputation across the Chilterns, Home Counties, and Thames Valley is looking for a talented Family Solicitor to join its dynamic and supportive team. What’s Expected:

Experience managing a broad Family Law caseload, delivering high-quality client service
Ability to work closely with the Partner in Charge while managing your own matters
Strong negotiation, multitasking, and prioritisation skills
Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and maintaining high professional standards
Willingness to engage in business development and networking initiatives to support growth

Preferred Profile:

2+ years’ PQE in Family Law
Proficiency with case management systems and legal technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
