The role will suit experienced solicitors in this specialised field and our client is open to experienced solicitors with 2 years + Post Qualification Experience

The firms’ services are in demand and there is an opportunity to develop a great career away from the high pressures of Bigger City Law firms.

There is a genuine opportunity to work on current cases and bring in new business when available. The prospects are genuinely great, and it is anticipated the right candidate could soon run the department as a Head and have a team to work with as opportunities continue to come in.

Requirements

• Resolve financial matters for divorcing or separating couples.

• Make suitable arrangements for children following relationship breakdown.

• Advise on areas of wealth protection.

• Provide guidance on cohabitation and pre -nuptial agreements.

• Resolve Cohabitation disputes.

• Family break up wills

• Divorce

• Financial remedy

• Children

• Non -molestation

• Parental responsibility

• Change of name

• TOLATA Applications

• Schedule 1

• Pre -nuptial/Post -nuptial matters
