The Role

Your role will include;

Managing a diverse caseload:

Handle a variety of family law matters, including divorce and separation, child custody and access, domestic violence, financial settlements, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, and adoption.
Providing expert legal advice:

Offer clear and practical legal advice to clients, guiding them through the complexities of family law with compassion and professionalism.
Court representation:

Advocate on behalf of clients in family court, ensuring their rights and interests are effectively represented.
Collaborate with a partner:

Work directly with a highly respected partner within the firm, gaining invaluable mentorship and insight into complex family law cases.
Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their legal journey.
Legal aid work:

Engage in legal aid cases, ensuring access to justice for clients who may not have the financial means to afford private legal services.
Continuous development:

Stay updated on changes in family law legislation and best practices, actively participating in professional development opportunities.

You will be!

Qualified Solicitor – NI/England & Wales or equivalent
2 + years PQE working within a family practice dealing with a broad range of family matters
Strong advocacy and communication skills
Able to manage a busy caseload
Strong communication skills and interpersonal ability
