A leading, employee-owned specialist family law firm is seeking an exceptional Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its highly regarded team in Ascot. The Role:
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of privately funded family matters, while also contributing to the wider work of the team. They will provide advice across a broad spectrum of family law issues, including:

• Divorce and financial remedies
• Complex children matters, including relocation and safeguarding issues
• Cohabitation and nuptial agreements
• Domestic abuse and urgent applications
• Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR) processes including mediation and collaborative law

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

• Around 5 years PQE (though strong candidates outside this range will be considered)
• Experienced in private family law with strong technical and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about non-court dispute resolution, ideally NCDR-trained or committed to becoming so
• Client-focused, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent
• Ambitious and proactive, with the confidence to represent the firm externally
