Job Description - Family Solicitor - Flex Hybrid - Strong Regional Presence

Private Family Solicitor – Harrow (Hybrid), Growth Focus, Strong Presence

Are you ready to take your next step with a firm that balances ambition with flexibility?
On behalf of a well-regarded multi-branch law firm with a strong presence across the region, we’re recruiting for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their growing Harrow office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team during an exciting period of expansion, with clear routes for development and progression.
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE with solid experience in family law.
Be confident handling a varied caseload, including financial remedy and private children matters.
Demonstrate experience in HNW and emotionally sensitive cases, with a discreet and compassionate manner.
Be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a commercial and empathetic approach.
Be motivated to build long-term, trusted client relationships.
Show a proactive interest in business development and helping to grow the department.
Enjoy working closely with and supporting senior solicitors, while developing their own expertise.
