Job Role

This is a key appointment within the firm's Family Department, with the successful candidate expected to take on responsibility for a mixed caseload of private family work and eventually step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of divorce, finances, and private children matters
* Supervising and supporting junior staff as appropriate
* Playing a key role in the growth and development of the department
* Building strong client relationships and developing new business
* Working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy

Job Requirements
* 5+ years' PQE in private Family Law
* Experience across a broad range of family matters including HNW cases
* Ambitious, commercially aware, and confident in leadership potential
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Desire to progress to Head of Department in the short to medium term
