Family Solicitor NQ to 3 Years PQE

About the Role:

As a Family Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload across both contentious and non-contentious family matters. You will work on a wide range of issues, including:

• Divorce and separation
  
  
• Child arrangements and parental responsibility disputes
  
  
• Financial settlements and property issues
  
  
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
  
  
• Domestic abuse cases
  
  
• Cohabitation disputes

You:

You are a Family Solicitor with up to 3 years of PQE and a passion for family law. You’re someone who enjoys helping clients navigate complex, often sensitive matters and are looking to build your expertise in this rewarding area of law. You:

• Are organised and able to manage a varied caseload with ease
