Salary up to £45,000 per annum

What’s involved:

The role will involve:

Managing a caseload of private law legal aid matters including children matters, financial issues following divorce or separation, and domestic violence cases
Advocacy and attendance at court 
Liaising with clients and third parties, keeping everyone updated
Monitoring your own caseload including progression, compliance and billing
Ensuring efficient and accurate applications for and maintenance of Legal Aid CertificatesWho we’re looking for:

Suitable candidates will have:

One year’s+ PQE within a similar role
Experience of running a Private Law Legal Aid caseload including, children, finance matters and domestic violence, including injunctions
A friendly, flexible and personable approach in the role
Ability to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision
Experience of requirements of Lexcel and Legal Aid Agency
A full UK driving licence What’s on offer:
