The Role:
The Family Solicitor will manage a diverse caseload across all areas of family law, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and cohabitation issues. The role involves working closely with clients, offering guidance and support through complex, often sensitive matters to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a broad range of family law matters with professionalism and empathy.
• Advising clients on divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and related issues.
• Drafting and negotiating legal documents, such as consent orders and cohabitation agreements.
• Representing clients in court and at mediations when required.
• Working collaboratively within a skilled team to ensure high standards of client care.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor (NQ to Partner). Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a client-focused approach and the ability to handle sensitive situations.
