The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Family Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join a growing and supportive team based in Nottingham. The role will involve a mix of privately funded family work and will include:

• Managing a caseload of divorce, separation, financial remedy, and private children matters
  
  
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and professionals on complex family law issues
  
  
• Preparing legal documentation and conducting negotiations on behalf of clients
  
  
• Attending court hearings and liaising with counsel where necessary
  
  
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team as appropriate
  
  
• Actively participating in business development and networking activities
  
  
• Maintaining high standards of client care and file management
  
  

You
The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in family law
  
  
• Confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
  
  
• Experienced in all aspects of private family law, including finances and children work
  
  
• Commercially aware, with excellent communication and client-care skills
  
  
• Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering quality outcomes
  
  
• A strong team player who’s keen to contribute to the continued success of the department
