Family Solicitor/Legal Executive:

Skills and Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor/Legal Executive role:

• Managing Family Law cases, specifically divorce, financial settlements, and private children matters
• Provide expert legal advice
• Experienced and capable of handling large volumes of work
• Ability to exhibit a flexible approach to their work
• Working with high-profile clients
• Due to the demands of the job, personal organisation must be excellent and the candidate must have the ability to adhere to strict time limits, which includes prioritising certain work when necessary
• Business Development opportunities
• The ability to provide the highest standard of client care in line with the culture and ethos
