What's involved?

As F&B Manager, you are responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage operations to deliver an excellent experience. You will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members while working within budgeted guidelines.

Compliance of brand standards is a key requirement of our client along side...

• Set targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
• Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
• Accountable for monthly stock takes
• Run incentives for team members to maximise sales and revenue
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
• Be environmentally aware
