Novotel Nottingham Derby is a 4-star hotel located in Long Eaton, between Nottingham and Derby. Also, just off junction 25 of the M1.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to lead our department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests whilst meeting revenue targets

• Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that align with current culinary trends and guest preferences
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimise food and beverage operations to meet financial targets
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Use customer feedback to continuously improve performance
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of restaurant facilities and equipment
