Are you a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives on delivering exceptional service and leading high-performing teams? Our client is looking for a Food and Beverage Services Manager to take the lead in elevating our food and beverage operations and creating outstanding guest experiences.

About the Role:

As an Food and Beverage Services Manager, you’ll be at the heart of their service delivery leading the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards are consistently met, and working closely with kitchen and events teams to exceed guest expectations. You’ll take charge of duty management, drive service excellence, and play a key role in team development and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the F&B service team, ensuring smooth daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event services
• Manage and schedule the Duty Management team, covering shifts as needed and ensuring consistency in standards
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are adhered to and regularly reviewed
• Oversee and deliver high-quality service during events and large functions
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Meetings & Events teams to enhance menus, service style, and promotional opportunities
• Monitor stock levels, complete stock takes accurately, and address any variances promptly
• Champion continuous improvement and a culture of excellence throughout the guest experience

• Proven experience in a similar hospitality or F&B management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively across teams and departments
• A passion for customer service and operational excellence
