What's involved?
The successful F&B Supervisor will be responsible for the performance, service delivery within conferences, weddings and exclusive hire. This is a hands on role and will ideally have worked within a wedding and conference environment previously. This would also suit someone with there own transport due to the remoteness of the venue.
