The Role

We are looking for a confident and guest-focused F&B Supervisor to support the smooth day-to-day running of our 3rd Floor Kitchen & Bistro Outlet and the meeting and Events Space.  Yop will lead by example on shift, ensuring our team delivers a consistently high standard of service, product quality, and presentation—creating memorable moments for every guest.

You’ll be hands-on during service, supporting the team, maintaining standards and leading by example. We operate straight shifts with the majority will being evening shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Restaurant team during service to ensure an efficient operation and that guest needs are met.


• Complete opening and closing duties, including set-up, checks, cleaning, and securing the bar/service areas. 


• Maintain excellent standards of grooming, uniform, and professionalism across the team.


• Support stock control activities including monitoring levels, completing inventories, and ensuring correct storage/rotation practices (e.g., FIFO). 


• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hygiene procedures, reporting hazards and incidents appropriately. 


• Assist with training, coaching, scheduling support, and motivating the team—acting as a role model on shift. 


• Handle guest feedback confidently and professionally, resolving issues in the moment where possible. 


• Support effective bar operations including organisation, stock accuracy, and maintaining high standards under pressure. 

About You

• Previous experience in a Restaurant environment, ideally with supervisory or shift-leading responsibility. 


• Experience in Meeting & Events is advantagous.


• Strong leadership skills with a calm, positive approach—especially during peak service. 


• Excellent guest service skills and the confidence to engage with guests warmly and professionally.


• Organised, reliable, and detail-focused, with good standards around cleanliness and compliance.


• Flexibility to work a rota including evenings, weekends and public holidays (as required for hospitality operations).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School completion 

Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
