Fast Fit Branch / Centre Manager

• Location: Redditch
• Salary: Basic up to £36,000 + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £42,000+)
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (Some Saturdays may be required depending on workload)

We are currently recruiting for a Fast Fit Branch / Centre Manager on behalf of our client, a successful and well-established fast-fit automotive centre in Redditch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the automotive centre
• Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of skilled automotive technicians
• Create a high-performance, results-driven team culture
• Ensure the centre meets and exceeds operational KPIs and customer service standards
• Drive revenue and profitability through smart resource planning and operational efficiency
• Manage costs and margins effectively
• Set clear departmental goals and ensure they are met
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and build lasting client relationships
• Oversee merchandising and stock management to ensure an organised and efficient workshop environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing technical teams in a fast-paced automotive or fast-fit environment
• Hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician – essential for this role
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people-management skills
• Commercial awareness with a track record of driving profitability and managing KPIs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple business functions effectively
• Strategic thinking and solid problem-solving abilities
