Fast Fit Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced automotive professional for the position of Fast Fit Centre Manager in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence
Maximise workshop productivity and achieve profit targets as a Fast Fit Centre Manager
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery
Oversee daily workshop operations, including staff management, health & safety compliance, and workflow management
Promote the company brand and develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Manage stock security and control, ensuring efficient workshop operations and adherence to company proceduresRequirements of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:

Proven experience in an automotive management role, ideally within a fast fit or autocentre environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to drive sales and meet financial targets 
Knowledge of automotive servicing and repairs, with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience
