A highly respected and forward-thinking law firm based in Manchester is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with a background in EL/PL and Fast-Track RTA litigation to take the next step in their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.

This role offers hybrid working, combining the flexibility of remote work with occasional office attendance in Eccles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of pre- and post-litigated EL/PL and RTA files independently.
• Conduct liability assessments, issue court proceedings, and handle all aspects of litigation.
• Engage in negotiations with insurers, third-party solicitors, and defendants to secure timely settlements.
• Attend telephone hearings and prepare court bundles and instructions to Counsel.
• Progress cases from inception to settlement, ensuring high standards of client care.
• Use the Proclaim case management system efficiently to manage workflow and documentation.

? Requirements

• Experience in handling your own litigated EL/PL and RTA caseload.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure rules and litigation strategy.
• Confident in court advocacy, negotiation, and case preparation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
