The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.
Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Motor department, it is now seeking to appoint a File Handler/Paralegal to carry out complex investigations on litigated cases.
The role will involve dealing with a caseload of Litigated Fast Track Motor files under the supervision of a Technical Supervisor therefore the ideal candidate will have experience of running a litigated case load.
The Candidate
Previous experience of Fast track motor claims and the litigation process
Experience of dealing with Credit Hire Claims
Experience of MOJ/OIC portals at all stages
At least 5 GCSE's or equivalent and a degree/LPC is desirable
Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
Good organisation and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
