Fee Earner

Location: Macclesfield (Hybrid/Remote Working Available)

Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE) + Bonus Scheme

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

We are currently seeking experienced legal professionals to join a highly regarded and expanding law firm based in Macclesfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for Solicitors or Fee Earners to join growing teams across RTA, Employer's and Public Liability, and Clinical Negligence departments.

• Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
• Employer's Liability / Public Liability (EL/PL)
• Clinical Negligence

• Manage a caseload from instruction through to settlement or trial
• Handle both litigated and pre-litigated matters, depending on experience
• Provide high standards of client care and legal service
• Efficiently use a case management system (Proclaim experience desirable)

• Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years' experience in one or more of the above areas
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage files independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient IT skills and confidence using legal software
