Feltham Building Services Engineer

Position: Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer

Location: Feltham and surrounding areas

Duration: Permanent

Salary: Up to £45,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position.

This engineer will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance mainly on one site, however supporting other sites and engineers one day a week

We are looking for a multi skilled engineer that has a strong working background of commercial electrical and mechanical maintenance, dealing with plant rooms, ahu's, emergency lighting, water etc.

This engineer does need a full UK driving licence. They will be based on one site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, but on Monday they will be supporting other sites

Requirements

Strong background as a commercial building services engineer
Minimum of a level 2 building services qualification
Must hold a driving licence
Commutable to Feltham
Able to complete a dbscheck
Must be a very client focused person

Good basic salary
Travel time available when away from site
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
