Female Learning Support Assistant - ICT & Art

We are looking for a Female Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive sixth form college in Kensington & Chelsea.

The successful candidate will support students across ICT and Art, providing encouragement, pastoral support and practical assistance.

The role will include:

Supporting students in Level 3 Art and Level 2 ICT
Providing classroom and individual student support
Helping students with their learning, confidence and engagement
Supporting students who may require additional pastoral support
Supporting IT lessons on Mondays

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working with young people aged 16–19
Is patient, approachable and supportive
Can build positive relationships with students
Has a positive and flexible approach
Ideally has an ICT qualification, with some experience or knowledge of Art
Essential: A valid DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
