Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging and challenging PE lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and leadership.


• Lead and develop competitive sports teams, providing coaching and support to help students achieve their potential.


• Organize and lead extra-curricular activities, including sports clubs, fitness programs, and outdoor adventures.


• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.


• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to increase female participation in sports.


• Promote a culture of sportsmanship, respect, and fair play.


• Act as a mentor and role model for female students, encouraging their personal and athletic development.


• Contribute to the school's wider community through sports outreach programs.

We Need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Degree in Physical Education or a related field.


• Experience teaching PE to female students at secondary level.


• Strong coaching skills and knowledge of various sports.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
