Female Support Worker â Award\-Winning Support Team
Location: Bury, Greater Manchester (BL8/BL9)
Salary: £25,552 pro rata, per annum (£12.60 per hour) + Access to EarlyPay
Contract: Permanent | Full\-Time & Part\-Time available
Shifts: Variety of shifts including longer/shorter days, weekends, and sleep\-ins

The Role: What Youâll Be Doing
Supporting someone isn't just about personal care; itâs about being a companion and a coach. You will:
Support two ladies with daily life skills like cooking and household tasks.
Engage in social activities, education, and hobbies.
Drive the company mobility car to help them access the community.
Provide emotional support and help develop communication skills.
What Weâre Looking For
The Right Heart: You are caring, patient, and have a great sense of humor.
Reliability: Comfortable working a variety of shifts, including every other weekend and sleep\-ins.
Drivers Wanted: A Full UK Driving Licence is highly preferred so you can take the ladies out and about.
Communication: Good listening and speaking skills (Basic English and Maths required).
