• Provide person-centred support to help individuals live as independently as possible

• Support with daily activities, personal care, and social inclusion

• Build meaningful relationships and offer emotional reassurance

• Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and professionals

• Promote dignity, respect, and choice in everything you do

?? What we're looking for:

• A kind, patient and reliable female support worker

• Experience in social care is preferred but not essential - we’ll provide full training

• A team player with good communication skills

• Willing to work a flexible rota including days, nights and weekends

• Committed to safeguarding and empowering vulnerable people
