Fence Painter

Location: Various Social Housing Properties in Derry City
Salary: Competitive Rate (Depending On Experience)
Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Contract

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Fence Painters to join our team working on a social housing maintenance contract. This role involves painting and treating fencing, gates, and other external wooden structures across residential properties to improve appearance and protect against weather damage.

Key Responsibilities:
Painting and staining fences, gates, and exterior timber structures
Preparing surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, and minor repairs
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working respectfully around occupied homes and tenants

Requirements:
Previous experience in painting, labouring, maintenance, construction, or similar work is beneficial but not essential.
Good work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
