Fibre Supervisor

We're searching for a highly motivated and experienced Fibre
Optic Supervisor to oversee all field activities and staff, ensuring
the highest standards of delivery across our projects. If you're a natural
leader with a keen eye for efficiency, safety, and quality, we want to hear

In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with our management
team to implement the most efficient and cost-effective strategies, delivering
outstanding service while upholding the highest standards of health, safety,
and quality.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading
  from the Front: Provide strong leadership to onsite teams,
  relentlessly driving production and performance.
  
• Optimising
  Performance: Regularly review project status, challenge the Management
  team, and explore all options to improve efficiency and
  cost-effectiveness.
  
• Championing
  Safety: Promote Near Miss and Positive Intervention reporting to
  foster a proactive safety culture.
  
• Ensuring
  Quality & Compliance: Own projects, programs, documentation, and
  site activities, undertaking audits to ensure client standards are met and
  compliance to procedures is maintained.
  
• Strategic
  Communication: Engage effectively with the Management team, developing
  accurate programs for weekly updates and progress.
  
• Risk
  Management: Proactively identify and manage cost risks and problematic
  issues on site.
  
• Team
  Development: Foster strong team working relationships.
  
• Achieving
  Goals: Ensure all project KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
  
• Documentation: Upload necessary documents to company systems in line with business
  requirements.
  
• Environmental
  Control: Manage site environmental issues effectively.
