Field Architect Building Engineer

CCL Global are looking for a Field Architect Building Engineer to work on site 5.5 days per week at CH8. Outside IR35

As Field Architectural Building Engineer you will be part of cutting edge project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage). You will support the field architectural engineering activities.

Responsibilities:

* Review Client's technical documentation and requirements and maintain project technical files

* Coordinate external architectural engineering subcontractor activities and check the designs of subcontracted architectural engineering

* Review design specifications and coordinate the architectural and structural design of building modules onsite

* Support the main structural aspects and definition of materials, with due consideration to the structural integrity of the module/building

* Prepare design specifications for architectural works for buildings and cooperates in preparing design specification for civil works relevant to buildings

* Develop functional architectural layout of buildings based on multi-disciplinary input

* Prepare material spec.'s and architectural basis of design for buildings onsite

* Support Procurement in technical interface with Architectural vendors

Experience:

* 5 years in architectural building activities within a construction site project environment for the Oil&Gas, Industrial or Commercial industry.

Technical skills:

* Material management, architectural documentation review, client relationship
