Field Care Supervisor – Make a Difference in Your Community

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care in the community? Do you want to be part of a supportive, family-friendly team that values both its clients and its staff? At Home Instead, we provide exceptional care that allows people to remain in their own homes, living independently with dignity. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and supporting our team of Care Professionals.

Your Role:

  • Client Support & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct care reviews and update client support plans.
  • Perform client quality assessments (QA’s) to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure all care plans are accurate, up to date, and digitally managed.
  • Maintain detailed client and Care Professional records.
  • Carry out client introductions to ensure continuity of care.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
  • Staff Supervision & Development
  • Conduct regular supervisions and support visits with Care Professionals.
  • Mentor and support Care Professionals to excel in their roles.
  • Provide training and guidance on using digital care management technology.
  • Operational Support & Leadership
  • Assist the Client Experience Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in on-call duties as required, ensuring ongoing support.
  • Take proactive steps to continuously improve client experiences.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience in the care sector, delivering a range of personal care services.
  • Knowledge of MAR sheets and medication administration in a supervisory role.
  • A commitment to high-quality care, supporting clients to maintain independence.
  • Understanding of health and social care regulations and legislation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Confidence in using care management technology and training others.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a fully insured car.
  • The right to live and work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship).
  • Prior care experience 
  • Ideally NVQ Level 2 or above (or equivalent).
