Field Delivery Engineer

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Field Delivery Engineer based in Bedford. You'll install, commission, maintain and repair temporary power solutions across North London, Northampton, Oxford, Cambridge and Great Yarmouth.

What you'll do as a Field Delivery Engineer:

• Install, commission and decommission generators, temporary power and HVAC equipment on customer sites, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

• Carry out planned maintenance, servicing, repairs and fault-finding on generators, HVAC equipment and associated power systems.

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency call-outs, providing excellent customer service and technical support.

• Prepare, inspect, test and turn around equipment within the depot environment.

• Configure and diagnose generator control systems, including Deep Sea Electronics (DSE) controllers, and complete all associated service documentation.

You are:

• A qualified Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineer with a Level 3 qualification (City & Guilds, ONC or equivalent).

• Experienced working with engines, generators, plant machinery, temporary power or HVAC equipment.

• Skilled in fault diagnosis and problem solving, with DSE controller knowledge being highly desirable.

• A strong communicator who can manage customer expectations and work independently across a large geographical territory.

• A holder of a full UK driving license and willing to travel, including occasional overnight stays and participation in an on-call rota.
