Responsibilities of an Education Executive:

• Lead and deliver cutting-edge education across salon and retail partners.
• Mentor and manage a regional team of freelance educators and brand ambassadors.
• Drive the success of new product launches with immersive training and impactful execution.
• Champion a culture of creativity, inclusion, and excellence through the brand's values-led framework.
• Represent the education function at national meetings, trade shows, and planning sessions.
• Implement a product education framework (PHD: Product Knowledge, Hair Recommendation, Demonstration) to enhance in-store experiences and sell-through.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to win and support new business across key accounts.
• Build a social media presence to inspire stylists and promote brand education.

Experience and Background:

• Previous experience in education, coaching, or mentoring within the beauty/hair industry is essential
• A confident presenter with exceptional communication skills-both in person and online.
• Organised, detail-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A digital-savvy educator with a strong grasp of social media trends and engagement is a must.
• Driven, empathetic, and endlessly passionate about people, hair, and creating unforgettable learning experiences.
• Qualified senior hair stylist (NVQ qualified) desirable
• Flexible and resilient with the ability to travel outside London if required
