Field Electrical Technician

REED Engineering have partnered with a local business in the Inverurie area who are seeking a Field Electrical Technician to join their team on a full-time basis.

As this is a field-based role, we are open to where candidates are located as you will not require to be at head office regularly.

As the Field Electrical Technician you will mainly be responsible for attending customer sites to conduct inspection, maintenance and installation of lifting equipment, generally: overhead cranes, electric hoists, light crane systems and winches. An excellent level of customer service is to be on show at all times.

To be suited to this role, we require:

• A strong background in field service with an electrical bias – experience of working on 3-phase systems is of huge benefit
• Although not essential, exposure to overhead cranes, electric hoists, light crane systems and winches is preferred
• Driving licence
• IPAF (Desirable)
