Field Engineer - Structures/Steel to support our New Rochelle office and Old Saybrook, CT site. This role involves coordinating materials, managing resources, tracking project performance, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

?? Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 (Based on Experience)

We're a leading civil construction company focused on infrastructure projects like highways, bridges, tunnels, and mass transit. Our work includes high-profile projects such as the Purple Line Extensions in LA, SR 99 Viaduct in Seattle, and Hudson Yards in New York.

• Meet with project crews daily to ensure materials and resources are available

• Analyze shop drawings and project data

• Provide technical input for work plans and schedules

• Monitor production, schedule, and budget performance

• Review specifications for quality assurance

• Assist with permits, safety analysis, and documentation

• Coordinate subcontractor work methods and schedules

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field

• 6+ years of engineering experience, with a focus on fieldwork

• Proficiency in Procure, Blue Beam, and HCSS

• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction processes

• Excellent communication skills
