Basic Salary £45K Per annum (£60k+ OTE)

Location: Covering East Midlands (Ideally Leicester Based)

The role of the Field Service Engineer is to provide professional service and support for customers by performing field service installation, startup, repairs and maintenance of Food Processing and packaging equipment. The Field Service Engineer will ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and that the customer is left feeling cared for.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Multi skilled engineer with 5 years experience

• 2-4 years of experience in the field service industry and/or food industry knowledge
• Apprenticeship or equivalent Electro-mechanical experience preferred
• Previous experience and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and motor control circuitry required
• PLC’s with Ladder Logic knowledge, is advantageous
• Must be able to read and understand electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams
• Ability to read, write and understand English required
• Excellent customer relationship management skills are a must
• Possess a full valid driver’s license
• A 'Can do' attitude
