About The Job:
As a Field Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing world-class customer service while performing Machine Plant Diagnostics, Servicing, and Repairs on JCB equipment. This customer-facing position requires a proactive approach to build and maintain strong relationships within the service sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on JCB construction, agricultural, and recycling equipment.
• Foster positive customer relationships and provide tailored service solutions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Promote the JCB brand and aftermarket products to new and existing clients.
• Ensure high-quality repairs to achieve a "First Time Fix" standard.
• utilise technical diagnostic skills and maintain equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Adhere to health and safety policies while exceeding customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong communication skills to express ideas clearly across all levels.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating time management and prioritisation skills.
• A proactive and determined mindset, with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Clean driving licence and a good driving record; Fork Lift Truck driving licence training will be provided.
