Field Engineer - Full Time Position

Key Responsibilities

Network Management & Technical Operations

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points across multiple client sites


• Perform comprehensive network assessments to identify performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and opportunities for optimization


• Troubleshoot complex network issues using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution


• Implement network security protocols and best practices to protect client data and infrastructure from potential threats


• Monitor network performance metrics and generate detailed reports for clients and management, providing actionable insights and recommendations


• Execute network upgrades, migrations, and expansions according to project specifications and industry standards


• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities

Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships


• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in clear, understandable terms


• Conduct on-site meetings with clients to understand their business requirements, technical challenges, and future needs


• Provide regular status updates on ongoing projects, maintenance activities, and system performance
