Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission machine tools and related equipment at customer sites;


• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities;


• Diagnose technical and mechanical/electrical issues and provide effective solutions;


• Carry out machine inspections, testing, and performance checks;


• Support customers during machine start-up and production ramp-up phases;


• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting both on-site and remotely;


• Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately and on time;


• Collaborate with internal departments for spare parts, technical support, and service planning;


• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures during all service activities;


• Support customer training activities related to machine operation and basic maintenance;


• Maintain a professional relationship with customers during service interventions;


• Travel regularly across the UK and occasionally abroad if required.
