Field IT Support Specialist

DCM is looking for a motivated and reliable Field IT Support Specialist to join our technical team. In this hybrid client -facing role, you’ll be responsible for providing on -site IT support, system troubleshooting, and remote technical assistance to various clients across the UK.

This position offers flexibility and is suitable for part -time workers, with full -time opportunities available after meeting performance goals and completing the probation period.

• Mandatory:
  

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience (including hybrid or field work).
    

  • At least one IT certification (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals).
    

  • Strong skills in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
    

  • Must have permission to work in the UK and be ready for right -to -work verification.
    

  • Must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 years.
    

  • Must be prepared to undergo a background and security check.
    

  • Able to travel locally for client visits.

• Preferred:
  

  • UK Driving Licence (advantageous but not mandatory).
    

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Freshdesk, Zendesk), AD, or remote desktop tools.
