About the Role

Based at our London Bridge HQ (hybrid, 2 days a week minimum in the office).

We're looking for a Field Marketing Executive to join our EMEA team, someone who has started their career in marketing and ready to take on more. Someone, creative, who wants real hands-on experience across events and campaigns, not just one narrow lane. You'll report to the Head of EMEA Marketing and work closely with our Events and Partner Marketing Managers, learning the ropes of both event delivery and demand gen from day one.

This is a role built for someone who wants to build a proper foundation in field marketing, not sprint through it. You'll get exposure to the full mix: events, campaigns, ABM, copywriting and comms building. This role provides a genuinely broad skillset most junior marketers don't get until much later.

Events

You'll help plan and run our events across the UK and EMEA, virtual and in-person, from early planning through to day-of execution. That includes:

Campaigns

Alongside events, you'll get stuck into demand gen, supporting email, social, and content campaigns, writing copy for various marketing materials, and tracking how campaigns perform against pipeline goals. You'll also own our ABM gifting platform (Reachdesk) and help build out our account-based marketing program.

About You

You don't need to have done all of this before; you need to want to learn it. That said, you'll ideally have:

You'll do well here if you're naturally curious, don't mind the odd tight deadline, and genuinely enjoy being around people. Whether that's a room full of event attendees or the team drinks afterwards.
